Lock Front Door

Local Residents,

We have recently received a series of reports of persons trying front door handles in the area.

Please make sure your front and back doors are locked, even if you are present within the address.

Other advice:

Do not leave keys in the back of the door as these can be easily reached through letter box etc..

Make sure cameras such as ring doorbell's are charged and working to act as deterrent to burglars.

Do not keep valuable items and money near the front door and make sure they are out of view.

Look out for neighbours especially those that are vulnerable and spread the word.

Encourage others in the community to sign up to the neighbourhood alerts program.

Contact police via 999 in an emergency or via 101 in a non-emergency.
